About Wiley Outdoors

In 2014, I (Josh Flanagan) took over ownership of Wiley E. Waters' Rafting after graduating from Eastern Washington University with a BA in Outdoor Recreation. As I continued to own and operate the business, I recognized a growing need for outdoor activities in the Spokane area. This, combined with my experience helping develop outdoor school programs for my daughter's school and YMCA youth camps, made the expansion of Wiley Outdoors feel inevitable.

Now, we arrange adventure activities year round for youth and adults alike in the Spokane and greater area. Having a young family helped inspire the mission of Wiley Outdoors: to help create as many lifelong memories for our guests as possible. In addition, I've always been an advocate of helping create as many outdoor opportunities for kids to experience!
